How to watch Super Bowl 2024 without cable

Super Bowl 58 is under a week away and everyone’s getting ready for the rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers that happened four years ago. Some people might be worried about whether or not they can still watch the big game if they cut cable. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to watch the 2024 Super Bowl without the high fees of cable.

What are they? We break them all down below.

How can I stream the 2024 Super Bowl?

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Super Bowl 58 kicks off Sunday, February 11 at 6:30 p.m. EST.  If you recently decided to cut cable, you can still watch the big game on the main streaming home of CBS, Paramount+. Home viewers can also watch the Super Bowl with a subscription to the sports-centric FuboTV, as well as Hulu with the Live TV add-on. Each service has their own additional benefits on top of access to the Chiefs-49ers game, from Paramount+’s extensive library of hit shows and movies to FuboTV’s access to other sporting events from around the world.

With the Super Bowl being aired on CBS, it makes sense to subscribe to the network’s main streaming home. Paramount+ starts for as low as $5.99 a month or $59.99 for an annual subscription. If you want a little more streaming options after the big game, you can get Paramount+ with Showtime for $11.99 a month or $119.99 for an annual subscription. Whatever tier you choose, you’ll get a one week trial run at no charge.

FuboTV’s best feature is its focus on sports programming, and the Super Bowl is no exception. FuboTV also streams the big game while also having access to the NFL Network, ESPN, FS1 and NBC Sports. This particular streamer starts from $79.99 a month with a seven-day free trial available for new subscribers.

Hulu + Live TV

While Hulu is mostly known for its original programming and association with Disney+, it can also give you access to major live events like Super Bowl 58. If you sign up for Hulu + Live TV, you can watch the 2024 Super Bowl on CBS (as well as a selection of other channels) live as well as instant access to hit movies and series. Hulu + Live TV costs $76.99 a month with no free trial available, however it does include access to Disney+ and ESPN+ so you and your family get plenty of titles to watch well after the ref blows the final whistle.
