Holly Willoughby's This Morning replacement revealed as she's forced to take week off

Rochelle Humes has replaced Holly Willoughby on This Morning with Phillip Schofield, who returned today after a few weeks away,

Holly recently fell ill with shingles over the Easter break while Phillip took time off while his brother Timothy went on trial last month.

This Morning guest star Rochelle took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes snap at the studio.

"Looking after my girl Holly Willoughby's seat this week," she said. "Get well soon."

She posted a snap of the This Morning stairwell at the ITV studio.

This Morning's official Instagram page teased the show last night with a snap of Phillip, Holly and Rochelle smiling for the camera.

"It’s welcome back after the Easter holidays to Phillip and get better soon to Holly who’s off ill for a few days," they wrote.

"Phillip and Rochelle have a packed show with Gyles and Camilla, John Torode, Josie, Dr Sara and a very special live announcement from Alison Hammond around midday!"

Sharing the bad news with her 8.2 million followers, Holly confirmed that she will be missing from the ITV show for a week as she needs to rest amid her illness.

"Hi, just to let you know, I may be away for the rest of the week as I have Shingles," Holly wrote.

"I'll be back as soon as I'm better. Huge love," the ITV presenter added.

Meanwhile, co-star Phillip has been off the show for three weeks.

His initial absence came amid his brother Timothy’s trial for sexually assaulting a teenage boy over a period of three years.

Timothy, 54, was found guilty last Monday and will be sentenced at Bristol Crown Court next month.

Phillip said after the case that he welcomed the guilty verdicts, adding: "As far as I am concerned, I no longer have a brother.”

Holly has been off for two weeks due to the Easter holidays but fronted the show without Phil for a week.

The first week Holly was joined by Alison Hammond and The Masked Singer star Joel Dommett to host the ITV mid-morning show.

While last week, regular Friday hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary took charge of the show all week whilst Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle stood in too.
