Gemma Collins shares backstage snaps ahead of Glasgow O2 Academy show

Gemma Collins is taking her tour, The GC's Big Night Out, to Glasgow tonight and has shared some behind-the-scenes snaps from before the O2 Academy show.

Gemma, 41, shared a video asking her nephew Hayden if he is excited to come to Glasgow and agreed the duo were "sad to leave Manchester".

Despite only kicking off the tour earlier this week, The Only Way Is Essex star was already hitting the headlines for allegedly being booed and heckled on stage.

The event described as being ‘a fun night out full of laughter and surprises’, with VIP packages that offered a pre-show experience with the TV personality.

However, after her first show reports surfaced that Gemma was heckled after mentioning that she is a fan of former Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan.

Gemma explained to Metro that the audience at her show was ‘divided’ when she mentioned the broadcaster, stating: "I like Piers Morgan, he’s always been amazing to me. I don’t agree with everything he says.

"That’s when the audience divided opinion at my show.

"I like Piers Morgan and if you don’t like it then do not come and see my show! I will like who I want," she added.

Seemingly in response to the rumours, Gemma said on Instagram: " Every time they try and tear you down honey you have to always get back up thank goodness I have an amazing team of lawyers and I will look forward to my apology !

"What is right in life it’s right what is true is true what is not should not be allowed to be printed as people sadly believe it."

Gemma also said on the first night of her tour that Leonardo DiCaprio once got her kicked out of a club in LA after she introduced herself.

"I mean, he looked at me and I looked at him back and all I said was hello. Next thing I know, I’ve been thrown out," she recalled.

This didn’t go well down with outspoken Gemma as she admitted: "I thought, “You do realise I am famous as well. Thank you very much!”’

She added during her show on Wednesday night, as reported by The Sun : "I could never go back there again. It was just one of those moments.

"Well, they could kiss my a**e."
