Sam Faiers denies she's BANNED ex-pal Ferne McCann from wedding after voicenote scandal

Sam Faiers has denied banning her former best friend Ferne McCann from her future wedding celebrations.

The pair who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex had been inseparable for two decades came to blows when voicenotes recorded by Ferne were leaked.

In the blistering clips, her voice was heard describing her former pal as a "narcissistic b**ch" and "fat c***", leaving the Faiers family utterly gobsmacked.

Ferne has since apologised and claimed they were taken out of context, but it was reported that Sam had not been so forgiving and was refusing to let bygones be bygones.

However, a spokesperson for Sam has denied the claims, telling the Mirror: "There is absolutely no truth to the story."

Ferne had previously been involved in Sam's sister, Billie's wedding and hen party but her guestlist will be somewhat different, with sources claiming Sam wants every celebrity she's worked with to be there.

"There are a lot of famous people she's met that she will be extending an invite to," a source told Closer, before adding: "She's made it absolutely clear from the outset that Ferne is not going to be anywhere near the wedding and would be banned from attending any festivities.

"There's really no love lost there from Sam's perspective."

Last month, Ferne burst into tears as she revealed she had spoken to the Faiers sisters since the voice note scandal emerged as she "mourned" their friendship ending.

Speaking to former TOWIE co-star James Argent on her ITVBe show Ferne McCann : First Time mum, the soon-to-be mum-of-two became emotional as she said: "I think the place that I was at, Sam had it all, she had a partner she had a baby and I didn't.

"Yeah, I'm not condoning it, I did say something really nasty about her and it has affected my friendships.

"At the moment, my friendship with Billie... You know how much I... [cries] It's really hard."

When asked whether she had reached out to Billie, Ferne confirmed: "Yes and no, I understand the position she's in... I've tried to message her lots but I get it.

"I'm very much mourning the loss of a 22-year friendship, it's hard. I massively regret it but I'm unable to do a lot apart from my trust in the police, try and patch things back together..."

Ferne and Billie's mum Suzie previously explained: "This has come as a complete shock to myself and my family, Ferne has always been a very close family member to all of us over the past 20 years."
