Doja Cat recently faced criticism from internet trolls for wearing her natural hair, but she didn't let the negativity get to her. The singer and rapper teased her upcoming single 'Masc,' set to be released in April, by sharing what seemed to be the cover art for her new album 'Scarlet 2: Claude Frollo.' The artwork featured a close-up image of her hair along with a snippet of the single.

However, after receiving a barrage of negative comments about her natural curls, Doja made the decision to disable comments on her posts. She then took to Instagram Live to address the hurtful comparisons being made about her hair. She expressed her frustration at the recurring comments likening her hair to pubic hair, carpet, or sheep's wool.

During her live session, Doja urged her followers to move past such derogatory remarks and focus on growth. She emphasized the need to stop making disrespectful comparisons, particularly when it comes to 4C hair. Doja's message was clear: it's time to move forward and refrain from making hurtful comments about others' appearances.

Her response to the online criticism garnered support from fans and followers, who appreciated her candid and assertive stance against cyberbullying. By speaking out against the negative comments, Doja Cat highlighted the importance of promoting positivity and respect in online interactions.
