Grammy-winning rapper Doja Cat has recently released the deluxe edition of her fourth studio album, Scarlet. Titled Scarlet 2: Claude, the new LP features seven new tracks that expand on the Scarlet universe. In a recent interview on The Therapy Gecko Podcast, Doja Cat explained that the album's title was inspired by the character Claude Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, citing his personality traits and story as a connection to the narrative of Scarlet.

The album includes solo tracks such as “Acknowledge Me,” “Headhigh,” “Piss,” “Disrespectful,” and “OKLoser,” as well as collaborations with A$AP Rocky on “Urrrge” and Teezo Touchdown on “Masc.” With a total of 24 tracks and over an hour of runtime, Scarlet 2: Claude offers a comprehensive listening experience for fans.

While Scarlet 2: Claude is currently available to fans, Doja Cat has hinted at more projects in the works. The artist expressed her commitment to creativity and teased upcoming endeavors on social media, promising exciting developments on the horizon.

In a recent interview with Apple Music, Doja Cat shared her newfound sense of creative freedom, acknowledging that she cannot please everyone with her music. Embracing this realization has allowed her to explore her artistic vision without the pressure of meeting every fan's expectations.

As Doja Cat continues to evolve her sound and storytelling, fans can anticipate further innovation and boundary-pushing artistry from the acclaimed artist. Scarlet 2: Claude serves as a testament to her growth and willingness to explore new creative avenues in her music.
