Concern grows for East Kilbride man who has been missing for nearly a month

Police have released images of an East Kilbride man who has been missing for almost a month.

Kal Clarke disappeared on Sunday, February 19, which is out of character for the 24-year-old.

He was last seen at around 9pm at Loch Loyal, he has not been heard from since which has made his family concerned.

Kal is described as being around 5ft 11in in height, with short, brown hair. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a grey hooded top, blue polo shirt, grey jeans, a black body warmer and black and white trainers. He was also carrying a grey-coloured rucksack.

The 24-year-old is known to frequent Glasgow city centre and the west end area of the city.

Sergeant Scott Anderson said: “It is totally out of character for Kal not to be in touch with his mum, his family and his friends and that fact that no-one has seen him or heard from him is giving us cause for concern.

"His family is understandably extremely concerned and just want to know he is safe and well. If anyone has seen Kal or has any knowledge as to his whereabouts, please contact us.”

Those with any information are being urged to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident 4181 of 20 February, 2023.
