Christine McGuinness couldn't help but laugh after her 'laziness' saw her suffer a hotel blunder. The 35-year-old took to social media to share the embarrassing incident with her fans as she took a trip away from home to meet up with a famous pal.
She was seen stating her day off in the gym, telling her Instagram followers "that was an early morning sesh" as she shared a post-workout video of her posing in the mirror on her Stories. It was soon time for Christine to leave her Cheshire home, which she still shares with ex-husband Paddy, as she headed off on the train to London to attend some meeting.
And the awkward incident occurred just moments after the star checked into her hotel for the night. Talking to her followers as she sat down on her hotel bed, Christine, 35, said to the camera: "So I've just got to London and checked into my hotel and the lady on reception gave me a keycard and told me what floor I was on but didn't say what room.

"I'd already got in the lift and gone up to the floor and thought 'I'm not going back down now' so I just walked around the floor, checking every single door with my key card until one opened like a proper lazy b***h."
But before Christine located her room, one of her attempts to discover her home the night resulted in an encounter with another hotel guest. "With one of the rooms, I put my key in the door and obviously there was a fella in there who heard me trying to open his door," Christine laughed.
Still giggling, she explained: "He came out and was like 'do you want me to help you find your room?'" After declining his offer, Christine added to her fans: "I'm fine now - I'm in!" And it wasn't long before she headed out for her meeting but not before giving her followers a clue as to who it was she was seeing.
"Me and this person when we first met spent our whole time naked together," the mum-of-three confessed before giggling as the video came to an end. Soon after, sitting in a restaurant, it was revealed that it was singer and theatre star Duncan James that she was reuniting with.
The pair shared an embrace before Christine posted a posing selfie of the pair. "Buns & Guns," alongside a string of crying laughing emojis. "Planning with my soulie. @mrduncanjames you give me life," the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star added. And once again referring to her first meeting with the Blue star, Christine shared another image of the pair and said: "We met filming the real 'Full Monty!"
She then cheekily added: "Yes I've seen it all." Once back in her hotel room as she got ready for a night out, Christine said: "For those who don't know, Duncan and I spent loads of naked time together because we were filming a show called The Real Full Monty a couple of years ago and he's one of my besties.
"And tonight, I'm going to see one of my girls who I've seen naked as well," she added with a laugh. But Christine cleary wanted to clarify something as while speaking to the camera, she captioned the clip: "It was for charity btw [by the way]."
