Celtics Player Discloses Steph Curry’s Cold Four-Word Message to Boston in 2022 NBA Finals

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry had a strong feeling his team would win the 2022 NBA Finals even after the Warriors dropped Game 3 to go down 2–1 to the Boston Celtics.

During that game, the then Celtics forward Juwan Morgan heard Curry say a “mic drop” four-word phrase that even kept him up at night after.

“He’s like ‘Enjoy y’all last win,’” Morgan said on Tidal League. “I was just like, ‘Us? It’s 2–1, what you mean?’ I’m standing here like, what size am I? I need my ring size. ... This kept me up at night. Like, nah he ain’t say that.”

Curry stayed true to his word as the Warriors went on to win the next three games to capture the 2022 title, which was the team’s fourth title in eight seasons. Curry even dropped 43 points in Game 4 vs. the Celtics to help spark the comeback.
