Arnold Schwarzenegger Recovering Well After Open-Heart Surgery Update

Arnold Schwarzenegger recently shared an update with his fans following his open-heart surgery, reassuring them that he will be back in action soon. The 76-year-old actor and former Governor of California posted a photo from his recovery, showcasing a humorous touch with a cartoon-like depiction of his new pacemaker as a time bomb.

In a message to his supporters, Schwarzenegger expressed gratitude for the outpouring of well wishes from around the globe. Addressing concerns about his health impacting the filming of 'FUBAR' Season 2, he confidently stated that his pacemaker will not pose any obstacles. He confirmed his readiness to start filming in April, adding a playful note that the device will only be visible to those who look closely.

During an episode of his podcast 'Arnold's Pump Club,' Schwarzenegger candidly revealed the installation of his pacemaker, acknowledging that discussing medical issues was not common in his upbringing in Austria. The surgery was necessary to address a bicuspid aortic valve, a congenital heart condition that Schwarzenegger has had since birth.

'FUBAR,' the action comedy series starring Schwarzenegger, premiered its first season on Netflix in May of last year. The show received a swift renewal from the streaming platform, with Schwarzenegger announcing the second season at Netflix's Tudum event. In addition to his on-screen role, Schwarzenegger serves as an executive producer on the series, which was created by Nick Santora.

The ensemble cast of 'FUBAR' includes Emma Brunner, Fortune Feimster, Jay Baruchel, Aparna Brielle, Andy Buckley, Barbara Eve Harris, Gabriel Luna, Milan Carter, Fabiana Udenio, and Travis Van Winkle.
