Answer the Call of the Wild This Winter With These Seriously Savage Animal Print Pieces

It's already been established that animal prints are neutrals. Leopard, snake, zebra, etc. Every single fierce pattern qualifies. Once you adopt that way of thinking getting dressed this winter will be easy-peasy.

Thankfully, designers have been on an animal print trip lately. Valentino Garavani supplies multiple leopard creations via its Pre-Fall 2023 collection. Stella McCartney's Fall 2023 offering is the source for horse-themed essentials. Then there are Isabel Marant's boxy snakeskin ankle boots, Rabanne's striped blazer and Batsheva's zebra-printed prairie dress. The price points vary wildly. Get it? The Valentino shirt is by far the most expensive at $5,300. The others stay closer to the $1,000 mark. (Although Batsheva's contribution is only $325.)

Brands like Zara, Mango and & Other Stories are also on the animal print bandwagon. Actually Urban Outfitters currently has a coat on sale for just $34.99. Reformation is an optimal source for a variety of patterns. While the COS Fall 2023 collection includes a dynamic tortoiseshell coat.

When it comes to styling, do what we always do. Take cues from Rihanna. The singer, actress, mogul, mom and all-around superwoman was recently spotted rocking two different animal prints in one outfit. Just more proof of animal prints' neutral status. Not every piece in our roundup will go together. So you'll just have to commit to buying a few items and be willing to go through a little trial and error. Now you see why we're highlighting the prices. It's a whole lot easier to invest in one designer creation and a few less expensive pieces rather than buy up all the fashion house alternatives.

Ready to start shopping? Then keep on scrolling to see all the creature comforts of the season. Some scream party dress, while others are designed to keep you warm when the temperature really begins to plummet. Plus, these pieces will stay in style and work in your wardrobe for many, many years to come.
